Frequently asked questions
How does a student open the material?
The student app is in preparation. Today you can build the whole course in the panel — sections, video, PDF, audio, quizzes, groups and the student list. When the app ships, students open that same material from their phones; nothing you have built is lost.
Does Sinifly collect payments from students?
No. You take the money from students yourself, outside our platform. You only pay us the monthly subscription.
Can you fully lock the material down?
No platform can fully lock content down, and we do not promise it. We make copying harder: video opens through a signed link, the number of devices is limited, and a watermark with the student’s name moves across the screen — a leaked copy shows whose it is.
What material types can I upload?
Video lessons, PDF documents, audio files and multiple-choice quizzes. Each is arranged into sections.
Can I run it without my own developer?
Yes. There is nothing to install — you sign in from a browser and upload material. A student list moves across from an Excel file in one go.
If I stop the subscription, is my material deleted?
Not straight away. The account moves through stages — first a warning, then new uploads are closed, and only after that the account is suspended. Every stage has a grace period, and paying within it leaves everything in place.
How many teachers can I add?
It depends on the plan — the number is listed beside each one. A teacher signs into the panel with their own link and sees only the groups assigned to them.
